Travelling and performing in Florence in August last year was the main highlight for me. To be asked by a couple I have not even met, who simply trusted my professionalism and my live recordings and video online, was truly humbling.
I flew out to Florence and travelled 30 mins in to the hills and forests and performed in the most beautiful chapel called Belmond Villa San Michele in Fiesole. I was joined by a soprano singer who sang as the bride walked the isle. I performed acoustically as guests waited and I performed my own song 'Give me a little' on the piano and sang and the register was singed. We all moved on to the Ain venue 'Castello di Vincigliata which was an aching castle. Again, absolutely stunning.
I performed through the drinks reception on the piano ( and singing) before moving though to play a short acoustic set in the dining room before speeches began. I performed 'Perfect' by Ed Sheehan for their first dance before joining in with the part until the late hours. This was my 8th European wedding and every time they are so special and I can't wait until next time!
